No. 348634 - 1 Permit No. 1089514 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1: The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for EIFLER & ASSOCIATES on 03/10/2010, and printed upon page 86703 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words " Occupation of space for use of a front yard . One (1) at fifty-five (55) feet in length and twelve (12) feet in width for a total of six hundred and sixty (660) square feet. Compensation: twelve thousand nine hundred twenty five ($12,925.00) per annum" and inserting in their place the words " Occupation of space for a fence. One (1) at Seventy nine (79) feet in length and one (1) foot in width for a total of seventy nine (79) square feet. Compensation: One thousand five hundred ninety ($1590.00) per annum" Section 2: This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
