Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FIVE STAR CERTIFIED INC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use one (1) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 735 W. 87th St." and inserting in their place the words "SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FIVE STAR CERTIFIED INC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use one (1) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 935 W. 87th St." Section 2: This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
