MACERICH MANAGEMENT Acct. No. 88194-2 . Permit No. 1096371
Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to MACERICH MANAGEMENT, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Kiosk(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 520 N. Michigan Ave..
Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
Two (2) at one (1) foot in length, and eight point five (8.5) feet in width for a total of seventeen (17) square feet. Existing kiosks has a height of six (6) feet nine (9) inches.
Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
One (1) atone (1) foot in length, and thirteen point four one (13.41) feet in width for a total of thirteen point four one (13.41) square feet. Existing kiosk has a height of six (6) feet nine (9) inches.
Said Kiosk(s) at First Floor measure(s):
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and twenty-one point five (21.5) feet in width for a total of twenty-one point five (21.5) square feet. Existing kiosk has a height of eight (8) feet eleven (11) inches .
Said Kiosk(s) at Second Floor measure(s):
One (1) atone (1) foot in length, and two point six six (2.66) feet in width for a total of two point six six (2.66) square feet. Existing kiosk has a height of four (4) feet.
Said Kiosk(s) at Second Floor measure(s):
Two (2) at one (1) foot in length, and eight point five (8.5) feet in width for a total of seventeen (17) square feet. Existing kiosks has a height of six (6) feet nine (9) inches.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Zoning Department - Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1096371 herein granted the sum of two thousand eight hundred ($2,800.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after 06/28/2011.
