Redevelopment agreement with and issuance of tax increment financing (TIF) funds to North Lawndale Initiative Support, Inc. for rehabilitation of industrial building at 4100 W Fillmore St
Chicago's City Council approved a redevelopment plan for the Roosevelt/Cicero Area, amended by ordinances in 2016, 2020, and 2022. North Lawndale Initiative Support, Inc. owns or plans to buy property at 4100 West Fillmore Street, Chicago. The North Lawndale Catalyst Initiative, Inc. plans to rehabilitate a 168,000 square foot industrial building on the property.
