MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS PARKING FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL ONLY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Parking for the Fire Department Personnel Only Signs at the below listed locations: WARD MISCELLEANEOUS: 41 West Catherine Avenue; West Catherine Avenue (south side) from a point 20 feet east of North Cumberland Avenue to a point 97 feet east thereof; Parking for the Fire Department Personnel Only -- (17-04763591) [Or2017-328] SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication. CHICAGO, SEPTEMBER 6, 2017 To the President and Members of the City Council: Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Parking for the Fire Department Personnel Only Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
